Process engineering

Many processes in process engineering are temperature-controlled or require a certain temperature level. That is why this industry is one of the application areas in which L&R has extensive expertise and numerous references worldwide. Plants often cool reactors in order to continuously generate the desired (low) temperature or – in the case of exothermic reactions – to dissipate the heat generated in the reactor.

L&R designs plants with capacities up to the multi-megawatt range, and also offers complete temperature control plants for deep-freezing and heating. Extensive experience with gas explosion protection is often an advantage.
